Preposition 


Prepositions show  time, place, movement and other relationship between words.

The book is on the table.  The Preposition is ON as it tells where the book is located. 

My house is around the corner. The Preposition is AROUND as it tells where the house is. 

Mom drove over the bridge. the Preposition is OVER as it tells where mom drove.

Conjunction


A conjunction is a word that joins sentences together. 


Example:  My brother bought a book and a shirt. 
The Conjunction is AND, as it joins  my mother bought a book + a shirt.

ADVERBS


Adverbs are words used to modify or describe  a Verb.  

Example : The wind blew briskly.  The adverb is Briskly because it tells how the wind blows.
