The book is on the table. The Preposition is ON as it tells where the book is located.
My house is around the corner. The Preposition is AROUND as it tells where the house is.
Mom drove over the bridge. the Preposition is OVER as it tells where mom drove.

A conjunction is a word that joins sentences together.
